Convenient locations in good areas are important to any student or tenant. Our houses are located close to Swansea University in the Brynmill and Uplands areas of the city, or in the city centre where they are close to Swansea Metropolitan University.

Best standards of accommodation

We are conscious that a house will be a student's "home" for a year or two, and that, like any home, you want it to be well-maintained, comfortable to live in, safe and secure. Our properties are developed specifically to meet students' needs and the are inspected regularly to make sure they are kept up to the highest standards. We update fixtures and fittings and redecorate regularly.

 

Great facilities

We try to provide the very best facilites for our tenants. We include high quality fridge-freezers, washing machines and efficient boilers. We fit double beds in most of our rooms with a good quality mattress and our houses are all furnished with high quality furnishings. Kitchens include modern, efficient appliances and fittings. Every house is internet ready and fitted with Wi-Fi. Most have multiple bathrooms and WC's. You can find out more details about each house on the property pages.

Best service, support and care

We realise that occasionally things go wrong, which is why we have our maintenance team here in Swansea. We employ specialist contractors to ensure work is always carried out to the highest standards. Houses are repainted regularly, and exterior refurbishment is on a regular schedule. We inspect our properties regularly to ensure all aspects are maintained to the highest standard.

General care is handled by us to ensure you have the best possible experience, from helping you select the right house for you and drawing up your contract, to inspecting every house for maintenance and improvements, as well as helping you with any issues that may arise over the course of your stay with us. It's important to us that you know the people responsible for your tenancy.

Safe and Secure

All our houses were bought and redeveloped with safety security a top priority. All front doors benefit from the latest door locks and all back doors and windows have appropriate locking mechanisms. Gas and electrical safety is annually checked and certified. Carbon monoxide detectors, smoke and heat sensors are fitted to every house. All houses are registered with, and exceed the requirements of, the Council's HMO licensing scheme.

We also take special care to make sure our houses are in safe and secure areas of the city.
