Located in the Uplands area of Swansea, this property is within striking distance of both Swansea University and Trinity St David's, Swansea campuses and easy reach of the city centre.
There are frequent buses to the city from Uplands (including the no.29) and an excellent range of local shops and facilities for the people who live there.

Distance from Swansea University

Car - 1.5 miles, or about 5 minutes. Go north to the top of Bernard Street and then left on to the A4118, Sketty road. Go 0.4 miles and take a left down Brynmill lane (just before Singleton Park). Follow the road all the way down to the bottom (about 3/4 of a mile). When you reach the traffic lights on to the Mumbles road, turn right, and then take the next right up into the university.

Walk - The walk is 0.6 miles and will take you 11 minutes. Turn south and walk along Bernard street. When you reach Glanbrydan road, turn right.  Turn left on to Oakwood road. After 0.2 miles, turn right on to Park place and almost immediately on to Brynmill Lane. Take the pedestrian crossing immediately opposite the store into Singleton park. From here it is less than a quarter of a mile across the park to the Abbey Lodge entrance to the university campus.

Distance from Trinity St David's University of Wales, Swansea

Car - 1.3 miles, or about 8 minutes in traffic. The route is very direct. All you have to do is to go up the hill and turn right on to Sketty road and along the A4118 towards Uplands and the city centre. Follow the road into the city along Walter road and straight on to Mansel Street. This is about a mile from Uplands. Turn left opposite the police station and drive up the hill to the campus up in Mount Pleasant.

Walk - 1.3 miles. The easiest way is to directly follow the car route. It will take you about 25 minutes or so.
